Modules that are not included in your plan or add-ons appear grayed out with a locked label. All other workflows keep working.
Why a module is locked
Each plan (Praktik, Klinik, Klinik Pro, Enterprise) includes specific modules; some modules are also available as add-ons. Example: Laboratory is included in Klinik Pro and is an add-on for the Klinik plan.
Messages you may see
| Message | Meaning | What to do |

| Module locked / not active | The module is not included in your plan | See the module demo, then ask the owner to add the add-on or upgrade |
| Plan limit reached | The quota for users, healthcare workers, storage, WhatsApp, or AI Scribe doctors is used up | Add a capacity add-on or upgrade |
| Read-only account | The subscription invoice is past the 14-day grace period | The owner pays the invoice; data can still be viewed and exported |
