The Enterprise plan combines the reports of all branches or entities and eliminates inter-branch transactions.
How it works
- Each branch has its own account balances. Consolidation adds up the balances per branch or entity.
- Inter-branch transactions (for example stock transfers between branches) are recorded in inter-branch receivables and inter-branch payables; both are eliminated during consolidation.
- The branch comparison report shows revenue, margins, and KPIs per branch side by side.
Steps
- Reports → choose "All branches" or a group of branches or entities.
- Turn on the consolidated view (permission "Consolidation and elimination").
- Review the elimination entries and inter-branch differences; a difference usually means a transfer has not been confirmed by the destination branch.
Performance target: consolidating 10 branches in < 15 seconds.
