The queue appears as a board grouped by status for each clinic unit; the TV call display shows the number being called in real time.
Queue statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting | The patient is registered but has not been called |
| Called | The number has been called to the consultation room |
| In consultation | The consultation is in progress |
| Pharmacy | Waiting for medication |
| Cashier | Waiting for payment |
| Done | The visit is complete |
| Cancelled | The queue entry was cancelled |
Each queue card shows a large queue number, the waiting time, and the payer.
Calling a patient
- On the clinic unit's queue board, select the next patient and call them. The TV display shows the number and the clinic unit name.
- If the patient does not come: recall or skip; do not delete the queue entry.
Setting up the TV display
- On the computer or smart TV connected to the screen, open the branch's queue display page from the Queue menu and sign in with a dedicated display account (a role with minimal queue permissions).
- Set the browser to full screen and turn off power-saving mode.
- The display updates automatically (no reload needed). If the connection drops, the page reconnects by itself.
Self-service kiosk
The web kiosk lets patients with appointments check themselves in. Install it on a tablet using the browser's kiosk mode; never leave a staff session open on the kiosk device.
