Using the Medivana AI Assistant

The Medivana AI Assistant is available 24/7 in the side panel of every screen (full screen or mini on phones) and through Medivana's official WhatsApp.

What it can do

Tips for asking

• Mention the period and branch: "October 2026 revenue for the Main branch per doctor".
• Click the source of a figure to check the report it came from.
• Give answers a thumbs up or down to help us improve quality.

Contacting a person

Press Contact the Medivana team at any time. The AI creates a ticket with a summary of the conversation for the support team (support hours depend on your plan). If the clinic cannot serve patients (a critical incident), Medivana's on-call team is paged 24/7.

Via WhatsApp

Link your WhatsApp number in the Account menu (verification + PIN). Via WhatsApp, the AI only answers product questions and gives aggregate summaries without patient identities.

Quota

AI usage is limited by a quota per organization according to your plan. When the quota runs out, basic product help remains available and you can contact the Medivana team.
