AI Scribe records the consultation conversation (with the patient's consent) and prepares a draft SOAP note that you must review.
Steps
- Make sure the patient's recording consent is recorded.
- On the Consultation screen, start the AI Scribe recording; allow the microphone in the browser.
- Carry out the consultation as usual. Stop the recording at the end.
- Review the Subjective/Objective/Assessment/Plan draft and change anything that is not accurate. You still set the diagnosis and prescription yourself.
- Save. Only the content you confirm goes into the medical record.
Conditions
- AI Scribe does not make clinical decisions.
- Patient identity is minimized before it is processed by the AI service.
- The number of doctors who can use AI Scribe is limited by your plan (Klinik Pro: 5 doctors; other plans: add-on per doctor).
- Without recording consent, take notes manually using a template.
