Quick checks

  1. Open status.medivana.cloud. If there is an incident, the Medivana team is already handling it; follow the updates there.
  2. Try opening another website. If everything is slow, the problem is in the clinic's network.
  3. Reload the page (Ctrl+Shift+R).

Supported browsers

The last two versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox. Update your browser if the layout is broken or features do not work.

Symptom Cause What to do
Blank/white page Old browser, blocking extension Update the browser; try a private window without extensions
Frequently asked to sign in again Cookies are blocked or deleted automatically Allow cookies for app.medivana.cloud
Slow on every computer in the clinic Clinic bandwidth or router Restart the router; separate the guest Wi-Fi; keep a backup connection (phone tethering)
Slow on one computer Many tabs, little RAM Close other tabs, restart the computer
Queue/notifications do not update Intermittent connection The page reconnects automatically; reload if it still does not change
Camera/microphone not working (teleconsultation, AI Scribe) Site permission denied Allow the camera and microphone for the Medivana site in the browser settings

If the internet is down

Your data is safe on the server. Record care on backup paper forms and enter it into Medivana once the connection is restored (payments are recorded with the correct transaction date). Contact the Medivana team if you need help.

Reporting a problem

Include the time it happened, the screen you had open, the error message (a screenshot without patient data), and the request ID if one is shown in the error message. Report it through the AI Assistant → Contact the Medivana team.
