Treatment records
- In an aesthetics patient's visit, open Treatment (permission "Aesthetics module").
- Record the treatment type, area, products or devices used, parameters, therapist, and notes on any reaction.
- Products and medical consumables used are deducted from stock.
Before-and-after photos
- Make sure the patient's photo consent is recorded (documentation, education, or, separately, promotion).
- Upload the before and after photos; they are shown side by side in the treatment history.
- Photos are stored as part of the medical record. They may only be used for promotion if the patient consented to it.
Session packages
Sell packages (for example 6 facial sessions) at the cashier. Each treatment that uses a package reduces the remaining sessions; revenue is recognized per session used.
Retail products
Skincare products are sold at the cashier as retail items, with stock and COGS handled automatically.
