The odontogram records the condition of and procedures on each tooth using FDI notation, for both permanent and primary teeth.
Recording
- On the Consultation screen for a dental clinic patient, open Odontogram (permission "Dental module").
- Choose the tooth (FDI notation, for example 36) and the surface (occlusal, mesial, distal, buccal/labial, lingual/palatal).
- Choose the status/condition (for example caries, filling, missing, root remnant) or a procedure. Status colors always come with a text legend.
- The history per tooth shows all previous records.
Phased treatment plans
- Create a plan: a list of procedures per tooth with their order or phase and estimated costs.
- Mark the phases completed at each visit; completed procedures are added to the invoice.
- Plans paid in stages or installments can use a deposit or package at the cashier.
Intraoral photos
Upload intraoral photos to the visit after recording the patient's photo consent.
The Dental module is included in Klinik Pro and Enterprise; it is an add-on for Praktik and Klinik.
