Schedules and shifts
- HR → Schedules (permission "Manage employees, schedules, and shifts").
- Create shift patterns (morning, afternoon, night) per unit and assign employees.
- Doctors' practice schedules are also used by online booking (the slots available to patients).
Attendance
- Employees open Medivana on their phone → Attendance (permission "Record own attendance").
- The browser asks for location permission; allow it.
- Attendance is accepted if the position is within the branch radius (set in the branch settings, 150 m by default).

The attendance summary is used by payroll (overtime, deductions) according to the clinic's rules.
