Online booking and the clinic page on book.medivana.cloud

Every clinic has a booking page, book.medivana.cloud/clinic-name, where patients choose a clinic unit, doctor, and time slot.

Setting up

1. Complete the doctors' practice schedules (HR/Booking → Doctor schedules, permission "Manage booking and doctor schedules").
2. Set the slot length, quota per slot, and how many days ahead patients can book in the booking settings.
3. Share the booking page link on the clinic's Instagram, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp.

Patient flow

1. The patient opens the page and chooses the branch, clinic unit, doctor, date, and time.
2. The patient fills in their details and verifies their WhatsApp number with an OTP.
3. The booking is confirmed; a WhatsApp reminder is sent before the appointment.

At the clinic

• Bookings appear in the appointment list with the status: booked, checked in, cancelled, no-show, done.
• When the patient arrives, check them in: the visit and queue number are created automatically.
• Bookings from the BPJS Online Queue (Antrean Online, for JKN national health insurance patients) appear with the source "BPJS".

Online booking is included in the Klinik plan and above; it is an add-on for the Praktik plan.
