Trying Medivana with the self-service demo

Medivana does not offer a free trial; instead, you can try the full demo at any time at demo.medivana.cloud.

How to try it

  1. Open demo.medivana.cloud, enter your name, clinic name, and WhatsApp number, then enter the OTP code.
  2. Choose a clinic type: general, dental, aesthetics, or a group with 3 branches.
  3. A demo tenant with sample data is ready in less than 1 minute.
  4. Follow the guided tour for each module. Use the role switcher to try Medivana as an admin, doctor, pharmacist, cashier, accountant, or owner.
  5. Try the AI Assistant on every screen.

Demo rules

  • An orange banner "Sample data — do not enter real patient data" is always shown. Do not enter real patient data.
  • The demo is not connected to production SATUSEHAT or BPJS; integrations run in simulation mode.
  • A demo tenant lasts 7 days and is then deleted automatically; it cannot be converted into a production account.

Moving to a subscription

The Schedule a demo (with the sales team, 45–60 minutes) and Request a quote buttons are always available. The production account is created after the contract and first payment, and the implementation team then supports you until go-live.
